Our Weekly Group Programs
Our weekly group programming consists of meeting once, twice or three times a week during a 10-week period. Individual goals are set for each participant & monitored together throughout the process. Group training workouts will be conducted together, but modifications will be made depending on the individual and their specific goals. You can participate in one type of training, or mix and match different training to build an individual program for yourself.
Not sure if you want to sign up for the whole program? We offer a drop in option - pick which days, times, and program type you want to try this season - if you like it register for the whole program next season!
