Duncan Fitness was established in 2023 by Katie (Duncan) Wilton. Our fitness philosophy is focused on F.U.N.: Focus & concentration on your training plan & on achieving your goals. Understanding yourself, proper form, & technique, & Never giving up! Never giving up on your goals nor yourself!
Duncan Fitness offers a wide range of training: youth & adult training, athlete training, group training, private training, etc. Whether you are just starting out, maintaining, or building - our training & our coaches may just be the perfect fit for you!
