Book A GROUP CLASS NOW
Our group programming consists of meeting once, twice or three times a week during a 10-week period. Individual goals are set for each participant & monitored together throughout the process. Group training workouts will be conducted together, but modifications will be made depending on the individual and their specific goals. You can participate in one type of training, or mix and match different training to build an individual program for yourself.
If you're not ready to build a program plan, you can also drop in on group classes by purchasing one at a time!
