DUNCAN FITNESS
Duncan Fitness was established in 2023 by Katie (Duncan) Wilton. Our fitness philosophy is focused on F.U.N. Focus & concentration on your training plan & on achieving your goals. Understanding yourself, proper form, & technique, & Never giving up! Never giving up on your goals nor yourself!
Duncan Fitness offers a wide range of training: youth & adult training, athlete training, group training, private training, etc. Whether you are just starting out, maintaining, or building - our training & our coaches may just be the perfect fit for you!

CHOOSE FROM WEEKLY GROUP TRAINING WORKOUTS
Our weekly group programming consists of meeting once, twice or three times a week during a 10-week period. Individual goals are set for each participant & monitored together throughout the process. Group training workouts will be conducted together, but modifications will be made depending on the individual and their specific goals. You can participate in one type of training, or mix and match different training to build an individual program for yourself.
