Service Description
Our interval training program involves cardiorespiratory, endurance & resistance training exercises performed in structured sets. Our interval training program includes structured sets of high-intensity bursts combined with slow endurance & resistance training exercises as recovery phases. Each session is a full body workout with a focus on cardiorespiratory training.
